IDDA has been creating stunning interiors on time and on budget for over twenty five years. With a portfolio of commercial and residential projects from Halifax to Calgary and Dallas to Nassau, IDDA's focus is to reflect their clients' lifestyle and desires to achieve the interiors of their dreams . IDDA has received international recognition in design competition. Their work has been published in several design magazines with projects ranging from 500 square feet to over 50 thousand square feet. With an emphasis on sustainability, IDDA seeks to provide solutions that are environmentally thoughtful.
Services
Research: Gather information regarding the client's needs considering goals, aesthetics, time lines and budget
Design: Space planning for functional efficiency that meets building codes and is aesthetically pleasing. Coordination of design solution with technical consultants (electrical, mechanical and structural.) Completion of furniture plans and furniture selection, specification and pricing
Selection of accessories and artwork to complete the design vision
Documentation: Preparation of working drawings and specifications to enable completion of construction. Selection and specification of all materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and lighting
Contract Administration: Coordination with contractor to prepare schedules and budgets
Oversight of the competitive bid process. Completion of site inspections throughout construction to insure work is completed as specified
Project Close-out: Oversight of commissioning of systems, installation of furnishings, artwork and accessories.
